Data the app collects

Simply Projects does not collect your project content, contact details, identifiers, usage analytics or advertising data. There are no ads, user accounts, subscriptions or third-party analytics SDKs. GAMA Dynamics does not receive the project records you create.

Storage and your Apple devices

Projects, notes, original dates and pause history are saved on your device. Widgets read a local snapshot in the app’s shared container. The iPhone app can send that snapshot to its paired Apple Watch through Apple’s WatchConnectivity service. The Watch retains its latest received snapshot for offline use. Transfers depend on your devices being available.

This release does not sync projects through iCloud. Device backups and operating-system diagnostics are controlled by your Apple settings and Apple’s policies. The app does not implement its own analytics or crash-reporting service.

Your choices

You can edit or permanently delete a project from its detail screen. Deleting a project updates the app’s widget and Watch snapshots when those services are available. Backup copies are managed through your Apple settings.

Websites and support

Opening an external link uses your browser and its normal network connection. This support website has no analytics scripts, advertising, forms or tracking cookies. Its hosting provider may process standard web-request information, such as IP address and user agent, to deliver and secure the page.

If you email support, we receive the message and the contact information you choose to provide and use it to answer your request. Please avoid sending sensitive project content, passwords or private records. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence, subject to any retention obligation that applies.

Children

The app does not ask for age, a profile or personal contact information. The same local-storage and no-app-data-collection practices apply to everyone.
